Useful app for getting around. Especially love the Tokyo app which covers both Chiba (Narita) and Mount Fuji

Cant switch maps, and that after popping for the $14. Not happy

Changing a city is as easy as tapping the settings button on the right and then choosing cities from the top.

Love this app but I strongly dislike their pricing model. Theyre asking $25 to remove all ads? Totally insane!

App said free but then you only got free for 7 days and you had to load it to your phone each map taking up tons of space. Very poor

I previously used the former version of this app all the time when I was going around in Tokyo. Now with the option of having multiple cities at your disposal in only one app makes everything even greater Hope you guys keep improving this 10/10

Excellent for graphic map use, but not as much for navigating from one station to the other without input. Not really turn by turn, you just need to monitor where you are and what station youre approaching. Would be good to get a "magnified view" or a line to see which types of trains the offer e.g. Local, express, rapid express, limited express all on the same route.

This companys old app, the Tokyo rail map doesnt work (even though it is still offered). Instead of working it forced me to download this new "upgrade". So after downloading it, I was then forced to install the Tokyo map. Then ultimately the app fails to integrate with Apple Maps app so it doesnt even work. Complete waste of time and data and... ... The upside: Good thing these programmers arent working at air traffic control I guess...

Is a very helpful app, but now EVERY time I use it it makes me go into the Free Upgrade. I have done the Free upgrade over 20+ and it still forces me upgrade it. I am done- this used to be a awesome app for all the different ways to use it, but now- Just too frustrating!

This is a great app. But after the upgrade you cant use the free map. Only one at a time but no way to change.

No timetable for the station? Oh no... Useless

I will update this once I use it on my time abroad. However, even in the planning stages of my trip, this app is making me feel more confident in using the train system to get around once I arrive. Simply having the ability to know what route to take on the spot is great~ It is true that a timetable would be nice, however I dont think it deems this app totally useless!

This app is great. But theres some bugs to fix and to add. First, Im Korean so i usually use the maps for Korea but the way to show the every stricts name has bug. For example, it should be동대문구. But this app tells 동동대문구 금천구 -> 금금천구 I mean, this app repeats the first character. And i want you to add timetable for us. Many users are waiting for this feature!! Thank you for developing this wonderful application! Without this map, my travel would be more tough. Thank you.

We used this app everyday while we were in Tokyo and was a lifesaver for getting us around! We are currently in Shanghai and it has worked great getting us around here as well. Next week we will be in Seoul and I doubt we will be disappointed when getting around there!

It would be great if it covers all major cities of all countries Thanks again. This helps migrants and tourists a lot.

I like using this app but the ads that mute your phone are so annoying that makes me not want to use this app! I dont care about ads but ones that are able to silent your phone is an issue? Anyone else having this problem?

I had downloaded all the maps I needed and had just used them the day prior... Now it locked me out and asking to pay for everything..... Scam...

App is alright as a substitute of a picture of the rail network, but stick to google/apple maps for directions. The new mileage system, however, limits you to one city for free -no way I am going to pay if there are still adds, though. Not worth downloading.
